The design emphasizes creating a contemporary home with open spaces that allows abundant lighting and proper ventilation through an amalgamation of traditional values & beliefs and modernist interpretations.

The facade of this 5 storey apartment design was designed to be simple yet elegant. An Architecture with clean lines and a modern approach. Warm neutral colors like walnut brown, beige and white were used to create a comforting feel. Vertical wooden slats were used to balance the proportion of the building and impart a modern look to the exteriors which team up nicely with other facade elements like glass railings, huge windows, and wall paint. Separation in the balcony with C borders was done to make the residents feel like their space is more private and independent from other units in the building. Planter boxes were provided on the balcony to add a touch of greenery to the space.
