Residence Design – Mr. Ranjith

This Villa embraces the client’s lifestyle and design through its contemporary interior. The double-height living space looks up into a small balcony that connects to the mezzanine floor above which acts as a focal point. Both spaces look out to open views through full-length windows. The vertical volume on one side incorporates dark wall paneling that guides the eye all the way to the top. The juxtaposition of the two contrasting spaces (the courtyard being a void-like space, the other is the home surrounding it) adds to the experience of the volume in this area. A cascading chandelier fills the double-height space above.
